Photos of Spain Days 1 through 8

I have been posting the raw and un-retouched photos on jaypiddy.com at the bottom of each relevant story for a while now. Some people already know that I have been working on a different series and positing it to Flickr. The theme is kind of a homage to Lomo photography, the Russian camera that is very popular with the hipsters. It’s an homage but I have added my own unique look and feel to it. I have cropped each image square and enriched the colours and added some blur and vignetting in the corners. Like the stories I am documenting most of the days on the trip and although it is taking longer than I had hoped to do I am happy with where I am at. The idea is when the images and stories are complete that I will then publish a book. The goal is to have both complete by May of this year. So here are the first eight days. Feel free to comment with your thoughts.
